Overview

Social Command provides tools to manage social media communications. By using our service, you agree to use it responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and platform terms of service.

Prohibited Uses

• Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
• Impersonating other individuals or organizations
• Harassment, threats, or abusive communications
• Distributing malware or phishing content
• Circumventing platform rate limits or bans
• Scraping or harvesting personal data without consent
• Using the service for illegal activities
• Violating Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, or LinkedIn terms of service
• Automated outreach to minors
• Selling or sharing connected account credentials

Session Bridge Usage

The Session Bridge feature allows you to connect accounts using your existing login sessions. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Social Command encrypts all session data using AES-256-GCM encryption at rest. You must only connect accounts that you own or have explicit authorization to manage.

AI Automation Responsibility

AI-generated responses are tools to assist your communication. You remain responsible for all messages sent through the platform, whether manually composed or AI-generated. Review automated responses regularly and adjust confidence thresholds as needed.

Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, or account termination without refund. We reserve the right to investigate and take action on reported violations at our discretion.
