1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All paid plans (Starter, Pro, Operator, Agency) come with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 14 days, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount charged — no questions asked.
The guarantee applies to:
- New subscriptions on any paid plan
- Plan upgrades (on the upgrade charge only, within 14 days of the upgrade)
The guarantee does not apply to:
- Requests made more than 14 days after the charge date
- Accounts that have been suspended for violating our Terms of Service
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, use either of the following methods:
- Email: Send a message to support@trinitycommand.io with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the email address associated with your account.
- In-App:Navigate to Settings → Billing & Plan and use the “Request Refund” option.
We will confirm receipt of your request within 1 business day and process your refund promptly.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take additional time to appear on your statement. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been issued on our end.
4. After the 14-Day Window
After the initial 14-day guarantee period has passed:
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day guarantee window. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time on monthly plans.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund after the 14-day window at our discretion. Prorated refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription at the monthly plan rate. Contact support to request a review.
5. Cancellations
Cancelling your subscription is separate from requesting a refund. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing & Plan. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the current period. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, submit a refund request as described in Section 2.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We evaluate refund requests outside the standard window on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances (e.g., extended Service outages, billing errors, or documented technical failures that prevented use of the Service). Contact our support team to discuss your situation.
