1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Social Command (the “Service”), operated by Trinity Command (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
2. Service Description
Social Command is an AI-powered direct message management platform that enables creators, entrepreneurs, and agencies to classify, prioritize, and respond to social media conversations at scale. The Service connects to your social media accounts via our Session Bridge technology, provides AI-generated message suggestions, automates follow-ups, scores revenue opportunities, and delivers analytics across your connected platforms.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for your social media accounts and any credentials you use to connect them to the Service.
- You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harass other users, or violate the terms of any connected social platform.
- You agree not to abuse automated features in ways that would damage platform reputations or harm third parties.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Social Command account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Session Bridge
The Session Bridge feature stores encrypted session data (cookies and tokens) from your connected social media accounts to act on your behalf. The following applies:
- Session data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption.
- You can revoke access to any connected account at any time from your Settings page. Upon revocation, all associated session data is permanently deleted.
- We do not store your platform passwords — only session tokens issued by those platforms.
- You acknowledge that use of session-based automation may be subject to the individual terms of service of connected platforms. You assume all risk arising from such use.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Social Command uses artificial intelligence to generate message drafts, classifications, follow-up suggestions, and strategic recommendations. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated responses are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for any message sent from your accounts, whether sent manually or via automation.
- AI classifications (intent, sentiment, opportunity scoring) may be inaccurate. Always exercise human judgment before acting on AI output in high-stakes situations.
- Trinity Command is not liable for consequences arising from AI-generated content sent on your behalf with or without your review.
6. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Trinity Command to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, based on your selection).
- All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

- If a payment fails, we will notify you and may suspend your account until payment is resolved.
7. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. Upon deletion:
- Your active subscription (if any) will be canceled immediately.
- All your data will be deleted within 30 days of account closure.
- Conversation and message history will be permanently removed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse of the Service, or pose a risk to other users or the platform.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is the intellectual property of Trinity Command. You retain ownership of your content and data. By using the Service, you grant Trinity Command a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- Trinity Command is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
